To break this into simple terms, this will protect you against defects in materials or workmanship under ordinary use for 5 years from the date of purchase. Etoile Collective will also cover any and all shipping costs involved in getting a replacement to you / returning the faulty piece. No ifs or buts - we'll make things right.


Damage during transit? We'll also protect you against that risk too. If your Vanity Mirror is damaged during transit, again, it's on us and we will get a replacement to you. Although, don't worry - we invest in thick cardboard packaging, high quality and environmentally friend EPE foam and steel corner protectors to prevent anything from happening in the first place.

    The mirror was gorgeous as advertised. The brightness is perfect and the quality is impressive compared to the cheaper vanity mirrors that we have purchased in the past. My wife is very happy with this one!
