    Disappointing Experience with a Defective Product

    Very disappointing experience with Etoile. The bag I ordered arrived defective — it was missing the zipper pull, and the zipper would only open halfway.

    It also took a long time to get responses to my emails. By the time they got back to me with a solution, I was moving overseas and no longer had the opportunity to return the bag, so I had no choice but to keep the defective item.

    In the end, I was offered only a 30% refund, which I don’t think is fair considering I received a defective product and the delay in customer service left me without a reasonable opportunity to return it.

    Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the quality I expected from the brand.
