    My bag arrived with a strong chemical smell, I assumed it was a new bag smell from the smells of the dye. I even preordred the bag and waited weeks for it to arrive. I waited to use hoping airing it out would help. Unfortunately my original bag I was using befores zipper broke so I used my bag thinking me taking it out and using it the smell would go away. It has not. When I brought it up they said there was nothing can be done beyond the 30 days. This bag is an investment that I was really excited about and tney were not able to help with an replacement. If your bag arrives with a chemical smell please reach out and do not give them the benefit of the doubt because tneh uphold their policy even if it means you already made a costly investment.

    So Pretty

    Just received my kit. Have not used it yet but I will say the quality is beautiful so far. Will keep you posted if there is anything people should know- but right now, I love it!
